Join us for this fun, virtual cook along to explore flavors of the world on September 23, 2023 from 10am-12pm EST!
Indian cuisine is one of the most versatile cuisines, highlighting different native foods and recipes from each state of the country. Sheetal Parikh is originally from the west part of India, from the state of Gujarat, where a large amount of the population is plant-based. Gujarat’s cuisine is known for its slight sweet touch with a pinch of jaggery (pure form of sugar) and is made up of several different combinations of vegetables, pulses, beans, flat bread (roti) and various spices.
